Wurstfest 2009...New Braunfels' "10 day salute to sausage!" Last year Jim wasn't in town for this yearly festival, so this year he made up for it and he was down right giddy with excitement! Really, what could be better for a German than beer, sausages, saurkraut, beer, funnel cake, funny hats, beer... you get the picture.
Yes, after several beers (notice the now empty pitcher), Jim bought himself a German style hat.
Jacob, without much effort, got Daddy to join him on the dance floor for the "Chicken Dance."
Of course what could be better than to top the afternoon off with a funnel cake!

Hi, Looks more like root beer than beer, must have been good. Looks like a good time for Jacob & Jim but Mom had to do the work, as usual. Couldn't get the video, will try your blog. Thanks for sharing. Mom
